Return Policy

These are our shipping and return policies.  If you have further questions about our policies, please contact us.

Shipping Policy:

Golden Glen Creamery’s cheeses and butters are not only delicious, but
they are also perishable.  We ship using approved packaging
materials and ice packs to ensure, on our end, that the product arrives
to you or your intended recipient in tact and on time.  All items
are shipped from Golden Glen Creamery in Bow, Washington.

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday** will ship the following day.
Orders placed Thursday – Sunday** will ship Monday.

**We do not ship on major holidays or within two days of major
holidays, unless we can guarantee that the product will arrive before
the holiday.  Please make sure to select the shipping method that
will work best for rush orders if you need an order to arrive for a
special occassion.

Golden Glen Creamery guarantees that any product that you receive
from us will be of the highest quality. If our products do not meet your
expectations, we will refund your money upon request: we ask simply that
you provide us with the shipping and order information, and the reason
that you are requesting a refund within 24 hours of receiving the
shipment.

Return Policy:

Golden Glen Creamery works hard to make sure that you or your intended
recipient receive your order on time and in tact.  If you have a
question about your shipment, or a problem with your shipment, please
contact us withing 24 hours of receiving the product at (360) 766-6455,
or email us

If your package was damaged during shipment, please
contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment so that we may
replace your shipment immediately. You can call (360) 766-6455 or email us

If the recipient of the package was not available for delivery, or if
inclement weather or other “Acts of God” occur and delay delivery,
Golden Glen Creamery will not accept responsibility for damaged or
perished items.  We clearly mark our packages “Perishable“.
We advise that you check with your recipient to ensure that someone will
be able to accept the package when it is delivered.  We also advise
that you check the delivery address and confirm that it is correct. If
you have entered an incorrect shipping address, you may be able to
contact us so that we can redirect the package in the process of
shipping, but you may be subject to redirect and redelivery charges.
Damage due to transit times may occur if a package is redirected, and
Golden Glen Creamery does not accept responsibility for those damages.
